1. Services Scope

Eagle IT Solution provides Odoo ERP software implementation, custom development, data migration, and annual maintenance services. Specific scope of work is defined under individual service agreements or statements of work (SOW).

2. Intellectual Property

All custom modules developed specifically for a client under contract become the property of the client upon full payment, adhering to LGPL/GPL open-source licenses where applicable.

3. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of courts in Ernakulam, Kerala.
